چکیده
Artificial insemination using sexing semen is expected to produce calves with the desired sex. One sperm method percoll density gradient centrifugation method. This study aimed determine changes and relationship between motility acrosome reaction after process centrifugation. The material used was of ±5 years old Ongole crossbred bull a bodyweight ±700 kg as many three bulls mass 2+ individual 70%. compare fresh sexed cooling process. Parameters measured were characters CASA analysis, which included parameters, progressive motility, capacitation, no reaction. Statistical analysis paired T-test distinguish among semen, In comparison, regression correlation analyze capacitation hyperactivation acrosomal motility. results showed that decreased Meanwhile, reaction, hyperactivity increased.

P-144: Evaluating The Role of Long-Term Administration of Methamphetamine on Sperm Motility, Acrosome Reaction and Chromatin Packaging
Background: This study investigated the probable effects of daily administration of methamphetamine (MA) on sperm motility, acrosome reaction (AR), acridine orange (AO), sperm chromatin dispersion (SCD) test and chromomycin A3 (CMA3) in mice. Materials and Methods: Twenty four NMRI male mice were administrated three different doses of MA intraperitoneally (n=6 in each group). Different doses of...

متن کاملThe effect of platelet activating factor on the motility and acrosome reaction of ram spermatozoa
Platelet activating factor (PAF) is a novel signaling phospholipids that in addition to platelet activation has many biological properties. The acrosome reaction, as an essential step in mammalian fertilization, can occur in response to several agents such as PAF. Therefore, the present study aimed to assess the effect of PAF on the motility and acrosome reaction of ram spermatozoa. Semen was c...
متن کاملInsulin and leptin enhance human sperm motility, acrosome reaction and nitric oxide production.
AIM To investigate the in vitro effects of insulin and leptin on human sperm motility, viability, acrosome reaction and nitric oxide (NO) production. METHODS Washed human spermatozoa from normozoospermic donors were treated with insulin (10 microIU) and leptin (10 nmol). Insulin and leptin effects were blocked by inhibition of their intracellular effector, phosphotidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)...
